The Most Reluctant Convert

Published on: 22nd February, 2025

Welcome back to My Seminary Life. On today's show, we continue looking at the life of CS Lewis with a brief review of the film The Most Reluctant Convert from The Fellowship of Performing Arts. The film chronicles CS Lewis' life journey from Atheism to Christianity and all the stops along the way as told in his own book Surprised by Joy. In the review, I walk you all through Lewis' various religious and philosophical stages, talk about my own desire to be like the men of this era, and geek out over the idea of having a beer with Lewis.

About the Podcast

My Seminary Life
My Seminary Life began as a way for my to chronicle my journey through finishing my Masters degree. After graduation, I began to turn my attention towards subjects that interest me or I was not required to take a class on in Seminary. I consider myself a life-long student, so even if I am not in a classroom environment, there is always something I am studying or learning about. My Seminary Life is the place where I keep those records of what I'm learning. If you're interested in people like CS Lewis and Dietrich Bonhoeffer, or in subjects like Homiletics and Cults, then you have come to the right place.
