What does it mean to tell the truth? Why is it that a child is required of their parents to always tell them the truth about everything, and yet so many parents willingly lie about things like Santa Claus? Is it healthy to overshare every detail of our lives on social media? In this episode, I wrestle with one of Dietrich Bonhoeffer's unfinished essays on telling the truth and how it is more nuanced then being open and honest with everyone we come into contact with in life.
